About the Role

The role involves managing end-to-end restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction while leading and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end restaurant operations including service, kitchen, and hygiene
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate team members
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales, control costs, and achieve revenue and profit targets
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
• Prepare reports on sales, labor, and operational performance

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality/Management (preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in QSR or restaurant management

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
