Adobe Animate, Google Web Designer or relevant tools to make animated HTML Ad is a must.

Experience Handling client communication and a leading a team is a must.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasonedTeam Manager to lead ourCreative Services team , overseeing design deliverables and managing a high-performing group of visual designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience working withUS/UK clients . This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who can manage timelines, maintain quality, and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of creative design projects across multiple clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of graphic and visual designers, ensuring high-quality output.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication (primarily US/UK time zones).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project goals and ensure brand alignment.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and creative expectations are consistently met.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in creative services, with at least3+ years in a team leadership role.
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and brand guidelines.
• Proven track record of managing creative teams and client relationships inUS/UK markets .
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to join within10 days .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital/interactive design and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Animate, etc.
• Familiarity with creative project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
