Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader Sales who can lead a team of Sales Executives, drive daily conversions, ensure high-quality customer interactions, and achieve monthly revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with hands-on experience in holiday package sales.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 510 Sales Executives.
• Conduct daily briefings, assign targets, and track team performance.
• Train the team on product knowledge, sales pitch, CRM usage, and closing techniques.
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure resolution.

Sales & Revenue Ownership

• Achieve monthly team sales targets for holiday packages, hotels, ferry tickets, and add-ons.
• Support executives in closing high-value leads.
• Maintain conversion ratios and follow-ups as per company standards.

Lead Monitoring & Process Adherence

• Ensure all leads from website, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and call-ins are attended promptly.
• Monitor that follow-ups, quotations, and itineraries are shared on time.
• Regularly review sales pipelines and ensure no lead is missed.

Reporting & Performance

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Analyse team performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
• Share feedback with management on customer behaviour and market trends.
