Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility

Regular monitoring of the systems like CPU%, Job MSGW, ASP, JOBQ, SBS.
Daily Backup tasks like media check, INZ media, Execute / Monitor backups.
User requests on user profile management
Application issues involving i-Series troubleshooting.
Checking VIOS partition for errors.
Working alongside OEM / application owner to troubleshoot & resolve issues.
