The Team Leader will oversee scientific, operational, and quality aspects of the SFC department, ensuring efficient method development, purification activities, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) and Chiral HPLC for method development and purification activities.
• Expert in chiral screening using both chiral and achiral modes.
• Exhibit strong scientific troubleshooting skills to address purification challenges across diverse compound classes.
• Monitor, track, and review departmental progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Manage resources and costs effectively to maximize operational efficiency.
• Conduct periodic reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure timely support and alignment with project objectives.
