Key Responsibilities

• Manage & optimise the Pre-sales funnel for sourced leads
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 10-12 Pre-sales Associates
• Ensure timely qualification of leads based on the specified criteria and intent
• Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and handover quality
• Drive strong conversion rates
• Manage and prioritise handling of bulk lead data set
• Track and improve core metrics: Connect rate, qualification conversion, turn-around-time, and downstream conversions

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

What Were Looking For

• Education level - Graduate
• 13 years of experience in Pre-sales / Inside Sales / Sales Ops / Lead Qualification
• 1+ years of people management experience
• Experience in handling high-volume leads (Plus but not a mandate)
• Exposure to study abroad, housing, or marketplace businesses (Plus but not a mandate)
