Team Lead - Patent Research and Analytics

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Lead - Patent Research and Analytics. This role involves conducting comprehensive prior art searches and producing detailed reports. Key responsibilities include conducting Patentability Searches, Invalidation Searches, FTOs (Freedom to Operate), and more. Experience in Infringement Analysis and Landscape Study would be an added advantage. Additionally, the role involves engaging in client communication related to the projects at hand.

Experience & Qualifications

1) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Preferably Electronics & Communication).

2) 3+ years of experience in Patent Search and Analytics.

3) Proficiency in utilizing both paid and free patent databases.

4) Thorough understanding of US patent laws.

5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work.

6) Capacity to complete tasks promptly.

7) Proficiency in MS Office suite.
