Team Lead - Financial Planning

Responsibilities:

• Work and collaborate with Wealth Advisor on investments, estate planning, retirement strategies and other financial planning topics.
• Guide high-income and high net-worth individuals towards their financial goals.
• Create investment and financial plans by utilizing financial planning software.
• Manage Advisors calendar and coordinate client prep work ensuring research and data gathering is complete and timely.
• Perform Risk profiling of client and recommend appropriate asset allocation strategies
• Perform constant review & rebalancing of client portfolios
• Coordinate strategy sessions with internal and external tax, estate, insurance professionals to ensure comprehensive client solutions
• Manages time and resources efficiently and effectively to bring compounding value and excellence to clients.
• Translate clients investment goals into meaningful business opportunities.
• Follow risk management practices by adhering to the companys policies and procedures.
• Complete ad hoc projects as needed as per direction of the Wealth Advisor.

Criteria:

1. MBA Finance (Preferred CFA/CA)
2. Product knowledge of Fixed Income /Derivatives/FX/Real estate products/ Retirement products /401k plans/TAX Planning products
3. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills(Rating 8/10)
4. Superior financial knowledge, including clear and thorough understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques used by financial and investment professionals
5. Internal experience serving US high net worth clients/firms in investment advisory & financial planning roles and/or worked in Wealth Management roles
6. Worked in financial planning applications like emoney, MoneyGuidePro or any other financial planning software application, would be a plus.
