Team Lead - Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Analyst with strong financial research capabilities, a solid understanding of SEC filings, and experience in financial modelling and credit analysis. The role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver accurate, time-sensitive output

Key Responsibilities

Understanding and analyzing SEC documents and regulatory filings.

Building and maintaining financial models for credit assessment and tear sheet development.

Performing financial spreading for technical analysis and modelling purposes.

Collecting relevant information from company filings and external sources to maintain industry/sector databases.

Analyzing quarterly earnings and preparing structured earnings snapshots.

Running and delivering custom data requests for internal and client needs.

Reviewing financial models to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Tracking key corporate actions and metrics, including credit facilities, bond issuances, equity offerings, etc.

Demonstrating readiness to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or masters degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

If the candidate holds only a bachelors degree, CFA or CPA qualification is required.

Understanding of SEC filings, balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow structures.

Experience in financial modelling, equity/credit research, or financial data analysis.

Strong command of financial statements, ratios, and valuation concepts.

Proficiency in Excel-based modelling and financial analysis tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with analytical reporting capability.

Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and deliver within deadlines.
