1. Professor
- Ph.D. in Nursing (preferred) or M.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience, including 5 years as Associate Professor.
2. Associate Professor
- M.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 8 years of teaching experience, including 3 years as Assistant Professor.
3. Assistant Professor
- M.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
4. Nursing Tutor
- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing with 1-3 years of experience.
