Job Summary: This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interaction with client representatives and understanding project requirements and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Understand business requirement from customers and provide solutions leveraging Private Mobile Network (5G-LTE RAN/ Core/ NMS/ Platform/Network)
• Building 5G network strategy, Operating Model design, Process Transformation, governance & program management
• Private 5G network Use case building, RoI analysis and modeling
• Write blogs, PoV, White Paper and Artifacts related to different industry
• Working closely with marketing team in managing and participating in brand promotion events (such as, Industry forums, Partnership forums, Analyst events)
• Identify and create use cases/demos (AR/VR, Computer Vision, Drones, AGV) related to different industries leveraging 5G Technology.
• End to End Private Mobile Network Proposal Management
• Travel to client locations regionally / globally as needed

Key Skills:

• Bachelors or masters degree with 10+ years of experience in Telecom industry
• Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
• In depth knowledge of OEMs product and experience of working in multi-vendor and multi-technology ecosystem like Ericsson, Nokia, Airspan, HPE-Athonet, Cisco, DELL etc.
• Experience in RAN, EPC/5G Core, Edge cloud, Multi Edge Computing (MEC), NFV, SDN and Applications
• Sound knowledge of technologies and Architecture like (LTE, 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, LoRAWAN)
• Hands on experience of on Telecom network generations, architecture, and 3GPP/GSMA/ETSI/O-RAN specifications, OnGo-Alliance
• Knowledge of IP networking (VRF, VLAN, IPV6, Switching, Routings)
• Knowledge of HyperScalers and their products for hosting and interconnectivity like GCP, Azure, AWS.
• Knowledge of network simulation and testing tools like Keysight, Viavi, TEMS, NEMO
• Knowledge of Planning tools like iBwave, Atoll, Mentum, Hamina Wireless, MapInfo, Google Earth
• Familiar with microservices and CNF services
