Identity and  Access Management 

Job purpose:
_x000D_ Analyst / Security Consultant in the Risk Advisory team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe.
_x000D_ An important part of your role will be to deliver high quality work products as per firm’s guidelines. You will need to actively establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with other team members. You’ll need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with senior members of the team.

Your client responsibilities: 

• Engage in Identity & Access Management projects in the capacity of execution of deliverables  
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
• Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
• Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to the problem-solving technique
• Assisting engagement teams in IAM tool implementations. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service
• Support seniors and superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development
• Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis

Mandatory skills: 

• Hand's on experience on end to end implementation of Identity and Access Management tool.
• Should have completed at least 1-2 implementations.
• Good understanding of Identity Access Management solutions
• Hands on java development and debugging experience 
• Strong Understanding of Java API’s, libraries, methods and good understanding of XML
• Experience in HTML, JSP and JavaScript
• Should be capable of at dissecting large problems and designing modular, scalable solutions
• Familiarity with any Java Framework (Struts/ Spring) is an additional advantage
• Should be familiar with application servers such as Tomcat and WebLogic
• Should have good understanding of RDMS and SQL queries
• Exposure to Unix/Linux environments with knowledge of commands & basic shell scripting
• Should have good communication skills
• BE/B.Tech, MCA with 2-4 years of experience

Preferred skills: 

• Hands on experience in setting up the Identity and Access Management environment in standalone and cluster environment
• Hands-on Development experience on Provisioning Workflows, triggers, Rules and customizing the tool as per the requirements
• Strong understanding of LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol)
• Capability of understanding the business requirement and converting that into design
• Good knowledge of information security, standards and regulations

Tool Specific Mandatory skills: 

Oracle Identity Manager

• Hands-on Development experience on Provisioning and Reconciliation process.
• Hands-on experience on JAVA and customizing the tool as per the requirements.
• Hands-on experience on onboarding applications using OOTB connectors and custom connector development.
• Hands-on experience on SOA workflows implementation and BI publisher reports is bonus.
• Knowledge on user life cycle management and basic Unix commands.
• Use case design, Solution Requirements Specification and mapping business requirements to technical requirements (Traceability Matrix)

Good to have 

• Experience with Weblogic servers
