Tax & FinTech Functional Specialist

JD:

• Minimum 6+ years experience in Tax, Finance/Fintech area experiences
• Must have experience in any of the applications like Avalara, Onesource, SAP Tax & Vertax
• Good to have Tax Engine knowledge
• Good to have Testing experience or knowledge in the E2E Testing process.
• Proficient in JIRA, XRAY and other test management tools.
• Result orientation and ability to meet and establish deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, good communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Team player
• Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ongoing and future organizational changes
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, fast learner, independent worker, high personal responsibility, self-driven, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Prepare working files for Direct and Indirect tax returns.
• Assisting team with tax accounting issues and queries
• Identify opportunities to enhance tax accounting and reporting processes, systems, and tools to improve effi ciency, accuracy, and compliance with local statutory requirements.
• Open and able to complete varied tasks within tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skill
