Talent Manager

Our ecosystem empowers talent to gain visibility, credibility, and consistent paid engagements across private, corporate, and digital spaces.

We are seeking a commercially driven and well-networked Talent & Celebrity Manager based in Delhi who can onboard high-quality talent and actively generate revenue opportunities for them.

The Talent & Celebrity Manager will be responsible for onboarding talent onto HitFame and generating paid work opportunities including private events, corporate shows, brand endorsements, influencer campaigns, and travel-based engagements.

This is a business-critical role that combines talent management, relationship building, and revenue generation.

• Identify and onboard actors, singers, influencers, performers, and public figures
• Present HitFames Premium and Professional ecosystem effectively
• Ensure complete profile optimization and professional positioning
• Maintain quality control and credibility of onboarded talent

Secure and close paid opportunities for talent including:

• Private events (weddings, celebrations, VIP appearances)
• Corporate events (annual functions, brand launches, award nights)
• Brand endorsements and influencer collaborations
• Digital campaigns and social media promotions
• Live performances and hosting opportunities
• National and international travel-based engagements

Drive consistent booking revenue while maximizing deal value.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables
• Structure long-term brand associations
• Maximize revenue per booking
• Upsell Premium and Professional subscriptions to talent
• Build recurring revenue channels

• Build strong relationships with corporate companies, luxury brands, PR agencies, and event organizers
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of business opportunities
• Represent HitFame in meetings and networking forums

• Coordinate schedules, travel, and event logistics
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and appearances
• Manage payment cycles and documentation
• Maintain post-engagement relationships for repeat business

• 510 years of experience in talent management, celebrity management, influencer marketing, or entertainment industry
• Strong network within Delhi NCR corporate, brand, and event ecosystem
• Proven track record of closing paid bookings and endorsement deals
• Strong negotiation and business development skills
• Ability to handle high-profile personalities professionally
• Revenue-focused and target-driven mindset

• Experience handling celebrity travel and high-profile events
• Exposure to luxury or premium brand partnerships
• Background in media, entertainment, or event management

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• High ownership and accountability
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Strategic thinking with execution capability
