Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for B2C sales roles
- Bulk / high-volume hiring with defined TATs
- Hiring for regional sales profiles
- Building strong pipelines across multiple sourcing channels
- Screening, coordinating, and ensuring faster closures
- Partnering with stakeholders to meet aggressive hiring targets
- Tracking metrics and maintaining recruitment dashboards

- Has minimum 2 years hands-on experience in B2C Sales / Bulk Hiring
- Has managed regional sales hiring
- Can handle high-volume roles without compromising quality
