Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Indore.The ideal candidate will have 36 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong ability to attract, evaluate, and onboard quality talent across multiple roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure the timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
• Maintain recruitment trackers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• 
  
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3-6years of experience in recruitment (IT / Non-IT / Corporate hiring as applicable)
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communicationmanagement abilities
• Experience working with job portals and ATS
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
