About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage endtoend hiring for technology roles and help us build a strong engineering and product team.


Location: Noida (On-Site)


Responsibilities

Understand hiring needs by working closely with tech and business stakeholders

Write and post clear JDs on job portals, LinkedIn and other channels

Source candidates via job boards, social media, databases and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/fit calls

Coordinate interviews, manage feedback and keep candidates informed

Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/trackers


Requirements

24 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or inhouse)

Good understanding of common IT roles and skills (e.g. developers, QA, DevOps)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience using job portals (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn) and basic Excel/ATS tools
