Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive (US Recruitment) with 25 years of experience in full-cycle US recruitment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with all types of US work visas and should be well-versed in handling both C2C and W2 hiring models. Domain expertise in Automotive, Embedded Systems, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, and Engineering roles is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle.

Source, screen, and submit candidates for Automotive, Embedded, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, and Engineering requirements.

Work extensively on W2 and C2C requirements.

Experience working with all US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.).

Understand client requirements and ensure quality submissions.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.

Negotiate pay rates and ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain candidate pipeline and database effectively.

Work with direct clients, implementation partners, and vendor layers.

Mandatory Skills:

25 years of experience in US Recruitment.

Strong experience working with:

Automotive domain roles

Embedded systems roles

Oil & Gas industry roles

Aerospace industry roles

Engineering positions (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, etc.)

Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Hands-on experience with all US visa types.

Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in US time zones.
