PEP Brands - mCaffeine & Hyphen is expanding its Talent team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring in a fast-scaling D2C environment.

Location: Chandivali, Mumbai (On-site)

Experience: 36 years

Employment Type: Contractual

Duration: 36 months (potential to convert to full-time based on performance)

What Youll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs
• Drive fast, high-quality hiring in a high-growth environment
• Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

What Were Looking For

• 36 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
• Experience hiring in startups, D2C, or fast-paced organisations preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
