1.Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
• Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles.

2.Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely communication and updates with candidates throughout the hiring process.

3.Job Descriptions and Postings:

• Create, update, and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media.
• Maintain an updated database of open positions and candidate profiles.

4.Compliance and Documentation:

• Collect and verify candidate documents, including KYC, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.

5.Onboarding Support:

• Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

6.Performance Metrics:

• Meet and exceed recruitment targets, such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to processes.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
