Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring for our digital marketing and creative teams. This role is heavily focused on recruitment delivery , stakeholder management, and hiring quality, with limited involvement in payroll and HR operations through KEKA HRMS.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Own end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles, including performance marketing, SEO, content, design, strategy, and account management.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach.
• Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews to ensure speed and quality of hiring.
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate closure.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring metrics, and pipeline visibility.

HR Operations & Payroll (Secondary Support)

• Support monthly payroll, attendance, and leave management via KEKA HRMS.
• Ensure accurate employee data, documentation, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll or HR-related queries.

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR , with a strong recruitment focus .
• Proven experience hiring for digital marketing / creative / agency roles .
• Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS (mandatory) .
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics, offer management, and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple open roles.
