Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions
- Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess suitability and interest
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and Panels
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS
- Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
- Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Adhere to recruitment timelines and quality standards
- Contribute to delivering a positive candidate experience
- Implement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Good coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Technical recruitment
