Job Summary

Location : Chennai

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for our direct clients and vendor partners across the United States. The recruiter should have a strong understanding of IT technologies, US hiring practices, and experience working with job portals and vendor networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and communication.
• Work with W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models and understand US tax terms & visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, USC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD).
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and candidate pipelines.
• Negotiate rates, salaries, and employment terms.
• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the hiring lifecycle.
• Maintain an active database of qualified candidates for future needs.
• Meet daily/weekly hiring goals and deliver quality results in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter (minimum experience as per requirement).
• Strong knowledge of IT skills and technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, QA, Data roles, etc.).
• Expertise in using US job boards and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during US time zones.
• Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Knowledge of US HR compliance and hiring standards is an added advantage.
