Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Bangalore IBC Knowledge Park

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for C2H and permanent roles
• Source, screen, and close candidates across multiple platforms
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Handle candidate communication, negotiations, and offer closures
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures

• 24 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong hands-on experience in C2H hiring
• Excellent sourcing skills (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Willingness to work from the office full-time
