Qualifications

Strong expertise in Recruiting, Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Hiring processes
Excellent Communication and Interviewing skills to engage effectively with candidates
Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop strategies
Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms
Experience in tech talent acquisition is a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals & referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Ensure smooth onboarding experience

Requirements:

0-3 years of experience in recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with job portals & LinkedIn sourcing

Ability to handle multiple open positions

Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset
