Job Description

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Recruiting, Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Hiring processes
  • Excellent Communication and Interviewing skills to engage effectively with candidates
  • Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop strategies
  • Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms
  • Experience in tech talent acquisition is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals & referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Ensure smooth onboarding experience


Requirements:

0-3 years of experience in recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with job portals & LinkedIn sourcing

Ability to handle multiple open positions

Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset


Location: Vadodara

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 12,000-15,000 + Incentives
