Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with strong sales / GTM hiring experience to support SaaS clients scaling in India.

What youll do

• Lead end-to-end GTM recruitment for high-growth SaaS clients
• Scale Sales, AE, SDR, Account Management, and Solutions teams in India
• Partner closely with GTM leaders and founders as a trusted hiring advisor
• Build proactive pipelines and headhunt top-performing talent
• Manage interviews, offers, and candidate experience end to end
• Use data and reporting to ensure a transparent, high-quality hiring process

What were looking for

• 45+ years of experience in sales / GTM recruitment
• Proven track record of scaling GTM teams in India within SaaS
• Strong communication skills with a solid understanding of GTM operations
• Comfortable operating in hyper-growth environments
• Confident engaging and influencing senior GTM stakeholders
• Based in Bangalore (hybrid working model)
