Talent Acquisition Lead

Pronto is scaling rapidly, and were looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to help us build high-performing teams across functions.

Role Overview:

You will own end-to-end hiring for key roles and partner closely with business leaders to drive fast, high-quality recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across tech and non-tech roles
• Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels
• Partner with hiring managers on role clarity, scorecards, and closures
• Ensure strong candidate experience and process discipline
• Build pipelines for critical and recurring positions

What Were Looking For:

• 812 years of experience in startup or high-growth hiring
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate with speed, ownership, and structure
• Bangalore-based or open to working from Bangalore, q commerce/e commerce preferred, not mandatory
