Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Professional with 1215 years of end-to-end recruitment expertise, including substantial exposure to global hiring. The ideal candidate will drive talent strategy, manage senior-level mandates, and partner with leadership teams across regions to build high-performing, diverse teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for midsenior and leadership roles across functions and geographies.
  • Drive global hiring initiatives, managing recruitment for international markets and collaborating with regional stakeholders.
  • Partner with business heads and HR leadership to understand workforce plans and define hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build robust global and domestic talent pipelines for critical, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct detailed screening, competency-based interviews, and candidate assessments.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across countries, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Oversee offer negotiation, closure, and pre-onboarding engagement to ensure high candidate conversion.
  • Analyze hiring metrics, generate dashboards, and implement process improvements to enhance quality and turnaround time.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters to enhance capability, productivity, and sourcing efficiency.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organizations global market presence.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in global recruitment across multiple regions (Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in headhunting, market mapping, strategic sourcing, and talent intelligence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leadership across borders.
  • Strong understanding of international hiring practices, compensation frameworks, and compliance norms.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments with high ownership and accountability.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1215 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with demonstrated success in global and senior-level hiring, preferably within the Metals, Mining, and related industrial sectors.
