Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job portals, company website, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities.
  • Participate in onboarding processes and HR projects as needed.
  • Research and suggest innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of ATS is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
