Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job portals, company website, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities.
- Participate in onboarding processes and HR projects as needed.
- Research and suggest innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of ATS is a plus.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
