At Pepper, you will:
- Handling daily end-to-end recruitment
- Calling up prospective candidates for job pitch
- Handling all the aspects of recruitment from sourcing the candidates till the candidate joins the organization
- Sourcing prospective candidates by utilizing various methods, including internet job boards, LinkedIn, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
- Screening applicants' skills based on their resume and through interviews
- Following and supporting our recruiter in interviews and meetings
- Conduct and participate in organizing employee engagement events for new and existing employees
The ideal candidate must :
- 0-1 year of experience
- Have a willingness to be flexible: Works beyond what is described in the job description.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlines
- Be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
- Have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
This is a 3 months onsite internship based out of Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
