Job Description
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be the "engine" behind our hiring verticals. You will work closely with the HR leadership and Hiring Managers to identify, engage, and onboard top-tier talent who will represent the Oben brand to our customers.
Location: Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore
Working Days: 5 days/week (Sat + Sun off)
Stipend: 25,000/month
Internship Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, Job Portals, and social media.
- Screening: Conduct the first round of telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit, communication skills, and interest in the EV sector.
- Coordination: Manage the end-to-end interview pipelinescheduling rounds with Hiring Managers and ensuring a smooth process for both the candidate and the team.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the first point of contact for Oben Electric, ensuring every candidate has a professional and positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
