Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, Employer Branding, Interviewing and Recruiting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience
• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Expertise in Employer Branding and Interviewing skills
• Ability to recruit for a variety of levels, from entry-level to executive positions
• Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the automotive or technology industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Technical degree or orientation is a big plus.
• Having experience in Automotive and Embedded hiring is a big plus.
