Job Title - Talent Acquisition Executive

Employment Type: Retainer (Contractual)


Job Overview:

The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for Ratings Off-roll business. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth candidate onboarding while maintaining recruitment SLAs and high-quality hiring standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in managing end to end mass and bulk hiring
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and pre-joining engagement.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, agencies, etc.) to attract suitable talent.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT
  • Partner with internal HR and business teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates fitment as per role requirements.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process
  • Experience in driving bulk recruitment initiatives through close coordination with business


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate/ PG in HR or relevant field.
  • 25 years of recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in using job portals
  • Ability to manage volume hiring and work under tight deadlines.
  • Basic Excel and MIS reporting knowledge.
