Job Description
Job Title - Talent Acquisition Executive
Employment Type: Retainer (Contractual)
Job Overview:
The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for Ratings Off-roll business. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth candidate onboarding while maintaining recruitment SLAs and high-quality hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in managing end to end mass and bulk hiring
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and pre-joining engagement.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, agencies, etc.) to attract suitable talent.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports on a weekly basis.
- Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT
- Partner with internal HR and business teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates fitment as per role requirements.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process
- Experience in driving bulk recruitment initiatives through close coordination with business
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate/ PG in HR or relevant field.
- 25 years of recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals
- Ability to manage volume hiring and work under tight deadlines.
- Basic Excel and MIS reporting knowledge.
