Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who can drive high-quality hiring across functions and levels.

This role goes beyond job portals and transactional recruiting. Its about building strong talent pipelines, leveraging networks and references, and partnering closely with business leaders to attract the right people for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and departments
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking and sourcing
  • Drive reference-based and proactive candidate engagement
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams
  • Act as a hiring consultant and advisor to stakeholders
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain strong employer branding and market presence
  • Focus on quality, culture fit, and long-term retention


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills (job portals + proactive hiring)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience handling end-to-end recruitment cycles
  • Ability to assess skills, mindset, and cultural fit
  • Startup / SaaS hiring experience is a plus
