About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Proactively source candidates using various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
  • 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS.
  • Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening of resumes and interviews to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain Candidate Database: Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep records of candidate interactions and statuses.
  • Assist with Job Postings: Write and post job ads on career websites, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand the recruitment needs of various departments and assist in finding suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in Offer Management: Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in extending job offers and managing negotiations with candidates.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
