End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates.
Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to understand the nuances of each role and provide insights that align candidate profiles with team objectives.
Employer Branding: Create job descriptions that not only inform but excite, showcasing our brand to attract the industrys brightest.
Team Development: Beyond hiring, support the ongoing development of our team by aligning new hires with our social media guidelines and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, particularly in recruiting for creative roles and Sales hiring.
Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive both independently and within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
