What Youll Do:

End-to-end recruitment for RCM roles

Strong sourcing through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals

Screening and shortlisting high-quality candidates

Coordinating interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience

Maintaining daily hiring trackers and supporting onboarding

What Were Looking For:

Graduation mandatory

Hands-on experience in recruitment

Excellent sourcing & screening abilities

Strong communication skills

A proactive, hardworking, results-driven mindset
