Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Non-IT / IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for BPO roles. Your ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently and contribute to building a strong workforce will be critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT/ IT roles in the BPO/IT Software Services/Support sector, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for specific roles.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
• Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment activities.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience in the BPO/IT Software.
• Strong knowledge of the BPO/IT Software industry and its hiring trends.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
