What you will be doing at Evalueserve:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to identify and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and hiring standards.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability in the financial services domain.
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in financial services or non-IT domains.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
