Job Requirements:

13-15 years’ experience implementing leading EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions including the CCH Tagetik, Oracle EPM, OneStream, or Anaplan.
Experience working in global delivery model collaborating with colleagues across multiple geographies (i.e. North America, Europe, India, and Singapore).
Solution architect with 5-8 end to end implementation and experience in EPM solutions both cloud and on-premises.
Should have comprehensive functional knowledge financial close and consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting, profitability and cost management, and/or financial and management reporting.
Should have extensive hands-on experience with good client facing capabilities and communication skills and should be able to design and build complex EPM systems.
Prior team management experience and experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff).
Should be able to manage sales pursuits and assist the team with demos or customer POCs and actively participate in presales activities.

Additional Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions.
The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams.
A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
