Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews and coordinate directly with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand role requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment trackers
