Job Description

Position Team Lead


Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Cloud Support L1 technicians.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide updates, and address any issues.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical skills of the team.
Track and report on team performance metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management and customers.
Possess good knowledge and hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow tool.
Hands-on experience in creating ServiceNow reports for Incident management , Change management etc.
Implement best practices for incident management and problem resolution.
Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.
