Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 1.5 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Change LifeCycle Management AI-enabled chatbots Networking Incident Management Service Desk Service Now and Windows. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects during day shifts with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of Change LifeCycle processes to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Oversee the development and integration of AI-enabled chatbots to enhance customer interaction and support.
- Provide expert networking solutions to maintain robust and secure communication systems.
- Manage incident resolution processes to ensure timely and effective problem-solving.
- Support the service desk operations to deliver exceptional user support and satisfaction.
- Utilize Service Now for efficient IT service management and workflow automation.
- Administer Windows systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all IT operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and services.
- Engage in professional development to stay current with emerging technologies and trends.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Change LifeCycle Management and AI-enabled chatbots.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Networking Incident Management and Service Desk operations.
- Have hands-on experience with Service Now and Windows administration.
- Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
