As a Microwave Network Integration Architect, you’ll play a critical role in designing and deploying scalable, high-performance solutions that enable seamless connectivity across 4G/5G infrastructures.Your RoleAs a Microwave Network Integration Architect, you will lead the integration and validation of microwave network elements with network management systems (NMS). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, secure, and efficient deployment of microwave transmission technologies.In this role, you will:Develop system integration strategies and detailed functional/non-functional requirements for microwave NMS integrationLead configuration and validation of microwave network elements with NMS platformsConduct functional, regression, performance, scalability, and interoperability testingAnalyze SNMP, NETCONF, TL1, and proprietary interfaces for performance, alarm, and configuration managementPrepare test plans, test cases, and validation reports aligned with integration and acceptance criteriaValidate northbound integration of NMS with OSS/BSS systemsSupport customer demonstrations and user acceptance testingDefine automation requirements for testing, validation, and deploymentTroubleshoot integration challenges and conduct interoperability testingCollaborate with developers, testers, cloud architects, and transport/RAN engineersProvide technical support during production deployments and field trialsCreate release documentation including MOPs, ATPs, and configuration guidesYour Profile8–12 years of experience in EMS/NMS development and deployment for microwave transmission networksStrong understanding of FCAPS in 4G/5G microwave environmentsProficient in management interfaces: Netconf, REST API, CLI, SNMP, WebExpertise in network protocols (especially SNMP), API integration, and scripting (Python, Perl)Experience with COM5, IDM Identity Management, Arcsight SIEM toolsSolid foundation in programming, data structures, networking, operating systems, and IPCDomain knowledge: SNMP, CLI, Netconf, REST API, CURL, HTTP, TMF, XML/JSON/XSD/XSLTLanguages/OS: C, Python, Perl, Linux/UnixTools: Spirent, Viavi, COM5, Arcsight, GitHub, JIRA, CVS, VPP, DPDKFamiliarity with integrating network devices from Cisco, Juniper, and Extreme Networks into NMS/EMS platformsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skillsWhat You’ll Love About Working HereFlexible work arrangements and a strong focus on work-life balanceA collaborative and inclusive culture that values innovation and continuous learningOpportunities to work on cutting-edge microwave transmission technologiesAccess to training and certifications in telecom integration and automationAbout UsWe are a global leader in digital transformation and engineering services, empowering clients to build intelligent, connected, and sustainable networks.
