Required Skills :

Minimum 6 Months of experience in IT desktop or technical support role.

Strong knowledge of Windows, Ubuntu/Linux and macOS environments.

Proficiency in Wi-Fi and LAN configuration and basic network troubleshooting.

Basic knowledge of Linux commands and shell operations.

Understanding of system hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.

Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.).

Awareness of firewall concepts, VPN, and endpoint security tools (advantage).

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
