POSITION: Transaction Banking Support Manager

EXPERIENCE: 12 to 15Yrs

LOCATION: Chennai (Siruseri 5 Days work from Office 10AM to 7PM shift)

Job Description:


Mandatory Skills:


  • Strong functional knowledge of Corporate Payments, including RTGS, NEFT, SWIFT, UPI, and Virtual Accounts.
  • Proven experience in Project Management, Implementation, and Stakeholder Coordination across business and IT teams.
  • Hands-on exposure to Digital Banking Platforms, Payment Hubs, and API Integrations.
  • Familiarity with Regulatory and Compliance frameworks (RBI, SWIFT, ISO 20022).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end implementation of corporate payment solutions and digital banking projects.
  • Act as a bridge between business, IT, operations, and clients for smooth project delivery and onboarding.
  • Drive client engagement, addressing payment requirements, solution design, and post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and Fintech partners for integrations and system enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
