Job Description

We are looking for a Support Executive with strong technical expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and related technologies to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be skilled in incident management, issue triaging, debugging, and providing L2 support, with excellent communication and flexibility for shift-based work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 incident management using ITSM tools like ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Troubleshoot and debug SFCC issues ; raise JIRA tickets for L3 teams when code changes are required.
• Configure Experience Cloud site checkout flows including Payment Gateway and Tax integration for B2B Commerce Cloud .
• Perform migration and data loading activities using Data Loader and Workbench .
• Support Vercel PWA L2 work and Splunk monitoring as needed.
• Present daily client reports effectively in a competitive environment.
• Work in rotational shifts (morning, afternoon) and on weekend shifts (desk support only).
• Collaborate effectively in an onsite-offshore model and adapt to US time zones when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 46 years of experience in SFCC development and support.
• Strong knowledge of Business Manager , Internet , and web service concepts .
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML5, CSS .
• Solid understanding of Java/J2EE technologies.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies .
• Excellent communication , analytical , and problem-solving skills .
