Job Title: Supply Chain Engineer

Reports To: Manager Supplier Relations

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Engineer to manage day-to-day supply

chain operations including inventory control, sourcing support, logistics coordination

(including international shipments), supplier follow-up, invoicing verification, and GRN

processing. The candidate must have hands-on operational experience in a manufacturing

environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage inventory planning, stock monitoring, and reconciliation.

Handle supplier coordination and follow-ups for timely material delivery.

Support sourcing activities including vendor identification and quotation comparison.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments.

Manage shipment documentation and coordinate with logistics partners.

Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and received materials.

Generate and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in ERP systems.

Resolve discrepancies related to quantity, documentation, or delivery timelines.

Work closely with production, finance, and quality teams to ensure smooth

operations.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations.

Minimum 24 years of hands-on experience in supply chain or procurement in a

manufacturing company.

Practical experience handling inventory systems and ERP tools.

Experience coordinating shipments and working with logistics providers.

Strong follow-up and vendor coordination skills.
