Job Description
Your job:
- Support for internal users (strategic purchasing) and external users (suppliers), exception handling and trouble shooting
- Manage and track approval processes according to defined process guidelines
- Monitor and report SLP related KPIs to global purchasing, creation of analytical reports
- Data analysis based on different attributes of data elements and assist in data change projects
- Ariba Administration (Master Data and User Management)
- Support supplier Request, Registration and Qualification in SAP Ariba on a global basis (e.g. Europe, Asia, Americas)
- Enhance training documents and train end users
Your qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics/ Administration, data management, or a related field
- IT affinity: preferably SAP S4 Hana and SAP Ariba (Strategic Sourcing), MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Strong ability to work independently, self-managed and structured mindset
- Prior experience of 2 to 4 years in the relevant field
Working Location: Bommasandra Industrial Area, Hosur Main Road, Bangalore - 99.
Working Days: 5 days
Working Model: On-site
Working Timings: 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM
Working Experience: 2-4 years of experience
